Designation Assignment
Relief & Rehabilitation Commissioner Head of the organisation.
Deputy Commssioner (vigilance) To monitor and supervise distribution of Ration, Relief to genuine migrants.
Deputy Commissioner (Relief) To process the cases for registration of migrants and maintain the statistical data of the registered migrants.
Superintending Engineer Overall in charge of the engineering wing and responsible for creation and maintainance of the infrastructure being created for the migrants.
Asstt. Commissioner (Camps) To look after the welfare of the migrants putting up in different camps.
Asstt. Commissioner (Zones) To look after the welfare of the migrants putting up in different zones.
Asstt. Commissioner (HQ) To assist the Relief Commissioner.
Chief Accounts Officer Responsible for maintainance of accounts and disbursement of cash assistance.
Asstt. Director (Planning & Statistics) Responsible for maintainance and updating of statistical data regarding migrants.
Tehsildar/Head Quarter Assistant To assist the Asstt. Commissioner HQ.
Tehsildar Registration To assist DC(R) and AC(R) for processing different cases pertaining to registration.
Tehsildar Recovery Monitoring the recovery where ever due.
Tehsildar Property To coordinate with the DCs of the various districts on behalf of the migrants to sort out issues with regard to removal of encroachments, payment of rent etc.
Tehsildar Rationing Responsible for distribution of free ration.
Tehsildar Vigilance To assist DC(V) and is also responsible to initiate action against bogus migrants.
Zonal Officers and Camp Commandants Overall incharge of the concerned Zones and Camps respectively and responsible for distribution of ration and relief and also attend to the day today problems of the migrants.
