Dependence Certificate:
For seeking benefits
under SRO 43, dependence certificate for migrants is being issued by the Relief
Organisation.
Documents required
for issuing of Dependence Certificate:
1.
Application on plain paper.
2.
Migration proof (Copy of Ration Card).
3.
Death certificate of the person who died in harness.
4.
Certificate from the concerned department.
5.
Family declaration.
The Dependence Certificate after receipt of application and documents as mentioned
above is being issued within seven days.
